Crystal Wave – on the beach of Platanias – is run by Ms. Katerina, the daughter of this family operated Snack Bar. Your options vary… you can sit in the sheltered from the sun part of the Snack Bar or enjoy your food and drinks right on the beach.
Highlights, are various fresh dishes, salads of superb quality, omelettes, pizza, spaghetti and various other dishes. All dishes all freshly prepared and served in a cozy atmosphere. And for desert – there’s always a tasty surprise waiting for you!

Crystal Wave is a family run Snack Bar, situated right next to Platanias beach. All the dishes are freshly prepared daily and in all cases Cretan olive oil is used. The food is homemade, cooked by our mother, Mrs. Vaso. The variety of dishes served consists of Greek and International tastes – and can satisfy even the most demanding.
